Important billing and seat rules

These rules keep capacity predictable and prevent access from exceeding what was purchased.

The Admin consumes a seat

The organization Admin always needs a Checklist seat. On Free, the one seat is reserved for that Admin.

Fixed service period

Paid access lasts exactly 30 days. Renewal is manual and there is no annual billing option.

No reassignment

A paid seat cannot move to another user or change to another seat type during its period.

Hard limits

User creation, invitations, and checklist assignments are blocked when the applicable limit is reached.

Companion capacity scales

Paid Companion capacity always equals the paid Checklist-seat quantity multiplied by 20.

Reductions wait for renewal

Current paid capacity is never reduced mid-period. Select a lower quantity for the next payment.

Mid-period increases: adding Checklist capacity is allowed after verified payment. The added capacity is prorated to the exact end of the current paid period.
