1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Y-Verify, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and activity under your account. Access may not be shared outside the seat and Companion permissions assigned to your workspace.
3. Plans and paid periods
Permanent Free access and paid Checklist seats are governed by the pricing catalog shown at purchase. Paid access runs for fixed 30-day periods. Seat increases may be prorated; reductions apply to a following period. Additional commercial terms presented at checkout form part of your agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use Y-Verify to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content submitted to Y-Verify. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide and secure the service.
6. Product and availability
We may improve, update, or discontinue product features. We work to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
Y-Verify and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access when required by law, for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or harmful use. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
